I am a postdoctoral researcher of the project The Family Justice Response to Allegations of Domestic Abuse - A Comparative European Analysis.
I was a member of a project that reviewed and reported all recent cases handed by the Chilean Supreme which dealt with private law issues. This resulted in several reports identifying emerging trends and a course delivered at the University of Chile.
I am part of the founding members of the Chilean Network of Comparative Law, acting as Director of the Private law section.
